Number 1. Exercise. Yeah exercise is very good for your health you’ve heard of that before. Doing some home workout very early in the morning for about 10 to 15 minutes before breakfast, makes you feel a awesome. Not only it would make you feel strong, it can even make you have a sharper mind and also make your daily tasks very easy to do because you are feeling better and energize.
Number 2.drink water. Of course water is one of the most delicate thing we need to take, in order to make sure we keep our body hydrated. Some of us know how bad dehydration makes us feel. When you are dehydrated, you feel dizzy and very tired because your body is lacking water which means water is like a fuel in our body so please never missed out on your water. Make sure to always fuel your body with water.
Number 3. Diet. Remember you are what you eat. When it comes to diet, some few people stick on to their balance diet which is good, but some people try and and get tempted with junk food and give along Thier long way. Diet issue is very similar to workout routine from my own experience. It is persistent don’t give up always strive to make your dish fill with quality not quantity. Arnold Schwarzenegger said no lift no gift. Try to get some balance diet filled with proteins, fiber, vitamin, and also getting health fat like Coconut oil etc.
